• Sales in Canada other than Manitoba are subject to 5% GST or HST according to province.

Conditions and Terms of Sales:

The following terms are considered to be accepted by the buyer, and binding that no other written agreement exists, or no objection has been raised immediately.  According to these terms all contradictory terms stated by the buyer on the order form, or in any other way are not valid.

1. Delivery:
   All shipments are dispatched at buyers risks and costs.
2. Time of Delivery:
   If possible, orders will be carried out immediately ex-stock.  Dates of delivery sated by us are without engagement.  Delays in delivery caused by our suppliers release us from a fixed date of delivery.  In this contract we cannot be held responsible for claims or damages, or withdrawal of the contract.
3. Prices:
   Prices are subject to change due to increases of materials and / or labour costs.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Complaints:
   Complaints can only be accepted within 8 days after receipt of the shipment by the buyer.
5. Terms of payments:
   Payment has to be effected in advance by Visa, MasterCard, cash or by irrevocable letters of credit, that has been confirmed by a Canadian bank.
6. Reservation of the right of property:
   We reserve the right of property of the goods delivered, until the full purchase price has been paid, respectively bill of exchange, or cheque has been cashed.
