If you order a new mask with the name, the mask is not returnable for any reason.

You are responsible for shipping costs both to and from Crossed Swords in Winnipeg.
Catch us at a competition to avoid shipping costs for an overnight printing service.
For used masks, we reserve the right to refuse the work if we deem the mask to be unprintable or unsafe. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Warranty Information
There is no return on new printed products as these are customized to the clients specifications.
